The Coffee
Sourced from the Cocatrel Cooperative in Três Pontas, Brazil — a producer group known for quality, transparency and consistency. With over 6,000 members, many farming small plots under 10 hectares, Cocatrel focuses on traceability and careful processing at every stage.
The coffee is dried slowly in static boxes, allowing airflow from below while keeping temperatures low and controlled. After drying, it’s rested before milling to let the flavours settle and develop.
The result is a cleaner, more fruit-forward profile than you might expect from Brazil, without losing the depth and structure the origin is known for.

The simple answer is NO. All of our Latte and Cold Brew cans are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. With that being said, for the best drinking experience, we recommend that you serve each can over ice or chilled.
