From Brazil, with love. Our go to for Espresso.

hubb. Brazil

A coffee built on consistency, care and intention

There are coffees you try once, and coffees you build routines around.
Brazil sits firmly in the second category.

It’s our go-to for a reason. Not because it’s loud or attention-seeking, but because it’s dependable in the way good things usually are. Familiar, balanced, quietly excellent.

This is a coffee that understands its role in your day — and respects it.

Taste, without distraction

Brazil leads with creamy hazelnut, soft cherry and dark chocolate. Nothing sharp. Nothing forced. Just enough sweetness, plenty of body, and a smooth finish that stays present without demanding attention.

It’s comfortable from the first sip, but never dull. Black or with milk, it holds its shape. The kind of coffee that feels just as right early in the morning as it does mid-afternoon.

Roasted medium to keep that balance intact, it works across brew methods without needing adjustment. You don’t need to change how you drink coffee for this one — it fits naturally around you.

Where it comes from

This coffee is sourced from the Três Pontas region in Brazil, an area known for producing coffees with structure, sweetness and consistency.

It comes via the Cocatrel Cooperative, a long-established producer group built around transparency, traceability and shared standards. Thousands of growers contribute coffee, many farming small plots of land, with a strong focus on doing things properly rather than quickly.

Every delivery is recorded and tracked, giving clarity around origin and accountability at every stage. It’s a system designed to protect quality, reward care and support long-term consistency — values that matter when a coffee becomes part of daily life.

Process that prioritises flavour

Once harvested, the coffee is dried slowly using static box drying — a controlled method that allows air to circulate from below while the coffee remains undisturbed.

Temperatures are carefully monitored to avoid overheating, and the coffee is left to dry at its own pace rather than being rushed through the process. After drying, it’s rested before milling, giving the flavours time to settle and round out.

This slower, more deliberate approach results in a cup that feels cleaner and more composed than you might expect, with brighter fruit notes sitting comfortably alongside the depth Brazil is known for.

Nothing excessive. Just care applied where it matters most.

Why Brazil works so well

Brazilian coffees are often associated with balance, and this one stays true to that reputation.

The structure is solid. The sweetness feels natural. The body is full without being heavy. It’s the kind of profile that works day after day, whether you’re drinking coffee black, adding milk, or sharing it with people who all like different things.

It’s a coffee that’s easy to enjoy, but still clearly considered.

Made for real life

Brazil isn’t a special-occasion coffee. It’s an everyday one — the coffee you reach for when you want something reliable and well made, without overthinking it.

For mornings that start early.
For pauses between meetings.
For coffee shared with friends and family.

It doesn’t try to impress you once. It earns your trust over time.

Why it earns its place

Some coffees are about novelty.
Brazil is about consistency.

It reflects what hubb. stands for — taste with intention, choices made carefully, and products designed to fit naturally into real routines.

When something keeps delivering without asking for attention, that’s usually a sign it belongs.
